Baibhav Datta (born on September 21, 2007) of Tripura, India, set a record for obtaining the maximum number of certificates from drawing and painiting competition. He has been participating in state, national and international level both virtual and non-vitual competitions since year 2014, and achieved 489 certificates, at the young age of 13 years, 6 months and 6 days, as confirmed on March 27, 2021.
