Axis Bank Ltd., Maharashtra, India, set a record for the ‘Highest tonnage of garbage collected in a week across multiple tourist places in India’ in collaboration with 24 NGOs. Under the Clean-A-Thon campaign from June 5, 2024 to June 15, 2024, a total of 12,024 kg of garbage was collected from different tourist places including Goa, Shimla, Jaipur Varanasi, Guwahati, Delhi and other cities across the country to showcase the commitment to the environment and sustainability.  During this cleanliness drive 4,649 volunteers participated, as confirmed on July 11, 2024.
