Nipu Boruah (born on May 9, 2001) of Assam, India, set a record for publishing the maximum number of ethnic research-related articles in a single magazine. Being the editor of an Assamese magazine, he compiled 32 ethnic research-related articles on the Chutiya community titled ‘Yoi Malini’ (ISBN: 968-93-34037-52-4), which was published in both digital and printed version by the All Chutiya Jati Sanmilan (Assam) on the occasion of ‘Chutia Sanskritik Aru Jonogostiya Samaroh’ (North Lakhimpur, Assam) on March 31, 2024, as confirmed on May 1, 2024.

Saad Ajit Inamdar (born on October 4, 2015) of Maharashtra, India, is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for identifying 72 objects with colours in 7 minutes and 20 seconds while being blindfolded, at the age of 8 years and 4 months, as confirmed on March 27, 2024.

Dr. Ha Thi Thanh Huong, the Head of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam, set a record for being the first doctor to develop a quick diagnostic kit for Alzheimer’s disease in Indochina. She and her research team developed a quick diagnostic kit for Alzheimer’s disease, allowing patients to receive diagnostic results quickly rather than having to undergo multiple check-ups and tests, as confirmed on January 24, 2024.

Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, holds the record for being the biggest covered outdoor event space. The event space measured a whopping 28,233 square feet, as confirmed on January 18, 2024.

Cellcard of Cambodia holds the record for being the first telecom business to convert digital currency into mobile phone top-ups in Indochina. In 2020, it became the first business in Indochina to offer its customers to convert digital currency into mobile phone top-ups, as confirmed on January 24, 2024.

FPT University with academic campuses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Can Tho and Quy Nhon in Vietnam holds the record for being the first university to introduce a car driver training program in Indochina. Peter Jäger, head of the arachnology department at the Senckenberg Research Institute in Frankfurt, Germany, set a record for discovering the largest spider by leg span in a cave in Laos. The giant huntsman spider is the largest member of the family Sparassidae, boasting a 30 cm (12 in) leg-span, and 4.6 cm (1.8 in) body-length, as confirmed on January 19, 2024.

Trung Nam wind power plant and solar power plant complex in Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam, holds the record for being the largest complex of wind power plant and solar power plants. The project includes 45 wind power towers with a capacity of 151.95 MW. Spread over 900 hectares of land, the wind power plant has a total capacity of 48 MW. The Airlios engineering team of Vietnam set a record for launching the first electric flying motorcycle in Southeast Asia. The standard version of the Airlios (Pegasus) flying motorcycle has 1.9 m length, 1.15 m height, and 2 m span. Its weight is 220 kg and the maximum weight carried is 100 kg. It can carry 1 person, has a maximum flight speed of 100 km/h, can fly 33 km in 20 minutes at 120 m or less altitude, as confirmed on January 19, 2024.
