In a hat tournament, players join individually rather than as a team and organisers form the teams randomly. They organised the tournament with 14 teams and 290 players, as confirmed on November 15, 2023.

The Public Hygiene Council of NEA, Singapore set a record for organising ‘SG Clean Day’ with the maximum number of people in a multiple-location mass clean-up in Singapore. They involved schools, companies and community groups with a whopping number of 4,383 volunteers turning up to help at F1 Pit Building.
