Yoshie and Michie Kikuchi, both of Japan, set a record for having the biggest height differential in living non-identical female twins in Okayama, Japan. They have a height differential of 75.0 cm (2 ft 5.5 in).  Michie has congenital spinal epiphyseal dysplasia, which is a form of dwarfism and a rare genetic disorder. She was selected as a Tokyo Olympics torchbearer a couple years ago with her twin sister, as confirmed on June 9, 2023.
