Stanislav Konenko and Anatoly Konenko (57) from Omsk, in Russia, had created a fish tank measuring 30 mm in width, 24 mm high and 14 mm deep and can hold 10 ml of water – the equivalent of two teaspoons. It still contains plants and stones and is the home of some tiny zebra fish, which were added to it using a miniature net. A syringe had to be used to fill it up with water to avoid disturbing the arrangement.

A group of Palestinian seamstresses in Hebron produced the largest traditional dress ever sewn. About 150 women helped make the dress which is 32.6m (107ft) long and 18.1m (59.4ft) wide. The dress was made to promote the local handicrafts of Palestine.

Jiroemon Kimura ( born in April 19, 1897) from Japan, is the last known man to live across three centuries. He is one of only 12 people alive today who were born in the 1890s, and the only man living to have been born in that decade.

Samat Hasan, a 24-year-old stuntman from Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, walked on a tightrope in Zhangjiajie, Hunan province, on April 25, 2009. Walking on a 700-m long (2,300 ft) rope with a 3.1-cm (1.2 in) diameter and set at a 39-degree gradient, Hasan successfully performed the aerial tightrope walking after failing in a previous attempt in October 2008.

  Jin Songhao from China, spent a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes in direct contact with ice, on the Tianmen Mountain, on January 3, 2011,  in Zhangjiajie, China. He was competing with Chen Kecai (from China) who also took part in the cold endurance competition.
