Ayam Pansuh or Manuk Pansuh is a dish prepared by cooking chicken meat in a bamboo stalk, filled with water, seasonings and covered with tapioca leaves from the cassava plant. Participants came together and prepared the Longest Pansoh (Traditional Dish of Malaysia) which measured 59 meters in length, as confirmed on February 19, 2024.
