Artist Pei Yongzhong (China) created a porcelain painting measuring 241.2-meter in length and consisting of more than 3,800 figures. The painting consists of 242 independent parts, each depicting a scene from “Dream of the Red Chamber. Each part of the painting measures 76 centimeters in length and 57 centimeters in height and the total length includes the wooden frame of the painting.

The world’s oldest bowl of noodles was uncovered by archaeologists while working at the Lajia archaeological site in northwestern China in October 2005. The thin, yellow noodles (made from millet) were preserved under an upturned sealed bowl, 3meters (10 ft) below the sediment and dates back to 4,000 years.
