Indo Science Education Trust (ISET), Space Tutor ISRO, of Maharashtra, India, set a record for completing the first successful manned testing of a satellite on board a paramotor. They successfully completed the testing of a satellite named ‘VAYUSAT’ at Government Gliding Centre, Pune, DGCA, on August 15, 2023, to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The satellite was developed by school going students under the guidance of scientists from ISET.
