Vinod Paul holkar Founder/Chairperson of Youth Blood Donation Society and team, V.P.O. Jhansa, Tehsil- Pehowa, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India set a record for conducting the largest Blood Donation and Medical Check up, Public awareness for Blood Donation and Social Values Camp at a Single Venue. The 18 Day Camp started on December 2, 2021 and ended on December 19, 2021 at Booth no.77, Brahma Sarovar, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India on the occasion of International Geeta Jayanti Mahotsav 2021. Approximately 75000 people from all over India visited the Camp for Medical Check up, treatment and Blood Donation.

Dr. P. Vedamurthy Reddy and his team at the Department of Urology and Kidney Transplant, Narayana Medical college and Hospital, Andhra Pradesh, India set the record for largest adrenal myelolipoma treated with laparoscopic surgery. On October 4, 2021, the team performed a critical surgery on a 46-year-old male patient on the adrenal gland, successfully removing the largest adrenal myelolipoma tumor measuring 13 cm through laparoscopy, as confirmed on August 24, 2023.

Ardra S. Raj (born on September 3, 2000) of Kerala, India, set a record for self-painting the maximum number of national symbols on the face. She self-painted 10 national symbols on her face (by looking into the mirror) including the national bird, national animal and the national tree, as confirmed on August 23, 2023.

Jain (Deemed-To-Be University) Shantamani Kala Kendra, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India set a record for making the Biggest Idol of Lord Ganesha with Environmental Supplement (Waste) Materials. On the occasion of the Ganesh Chaturthi, 20 students, teachers and staff members of Jain University made 22 feet 7 inches symbolic idol of Lord Ganesha using 108 kg old newspapers, wire, string, rope and 21 kg flour in 21 hrs with the purpose to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi as well as to convey the message of the necessities to protect the environment with modernity, as confirmed on September 9, 2023.

EduSkills Foundation, Odisha, India & All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) India set a record for completing the highest number of virtual internships. A total number of 1,82,262 students completed AICTE-EduSkills Virtual Internships on Multiple Industry Skills from August 25,2021 to August 25, 2023 and they all were issued certificates during this period, as confirmed on August 28,2023.

Dr. Dibyendu Roy (born on April 13, 1986), Onco Rehabilitation Consultant, Apex Multi-Specialty Hospital, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh India set the record for maximum cancer patients treated in one day. He and his team at the Cancer Rehabilitation Department, started at 5.00am on June 27, 2023 and ended at 11.15pm on same day. A total of 100 patients were treated for various cancer symptoms including Oral Mucositis, Scar Fibrosis, Trismus, Xerostomia, Lymphoedema, Chemo Induced Peripheral Neuropathies and many others in one day as confirmed on August 12, 2023.

Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwari (born on June 4, 1983) of West Bengal, India, set a record for writing the maximum number of puns. He wrote 2,100 puns in a book titled ‘Pun is Fun’ (ISBN: 978-93-56734-54-8), published by Evincepub Publishing in 2023, as confirmed on July 10, 2023.

Prof. (Dr) Deepak Rout (born on July 9,1980), Director General of Holistic Medicine Research Foundation, Telangana, India, set a record for organising a global conference with Maximum Traditional Medicine Discipline specialists.  A total of 74 (32 Indian + 42 foreign delegates) specialists from different disciplines, including Naturopathy, Unani, Reiki, Iridology, and Acupressure met with the aim to create a platform for traditional medicine. The foreign delegates participated in scientific sessions, workshops, and health awareness activities from July 20 to July 23, 2023, at Dr Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, as confirmed on July 23, 2023.

Priungshu Roy Chowdhury (born on December 11, 2006) of Chattogram, Bangladesh, is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for singing the National Anthems of different countries. He memorised and beautifully sang the National Anthems of 10 countries including Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE in 9 minutes and 11 seconds, at the age of 16 years and 6 months, as confirmed on June 20, 2023.

S. Sai Kiran (born on March 16, 2016) of Tamil Nadu, India, set a record for being the fastest to recall all the elements of the periodic table by the atomic numbers. He recalled the names of all the 118 elements by their atomic numbers in a random format in 1 minute and 51 seconds at the age of 6 years, 7 months and 27 days, as confirmed on November 16, 2022.
