Axis Bank Limited set a record for the maximum kilograms of garbage collected from water bodies across multiple cities. The week-long cleanliness drive started on June 4, 2023 at Mahim Beach in Mumbai and covered a total of 22 water bodies across the country wherein a total of 12794.758 kilograms of garbage was collected by 3783 volunteers including NGOs, corporates and the local populace. The drive ended on June 11, 2023 at Kovalam Beach – Trivandrum, as confirmed on June 20, 2023.
