The drive started on June 4, 2023 at Mahim Beach and covered a total of 22 water bodies including beaches, river ghats, lakes and ponds across multiple cities like Puttenahalli Lake – Yelahanka, Jhulelal Vatika Ghat – Lucknow, Sangam Ghat – Prayagraj, Saul Kere Lake – Bangalore, Neknampur Lake – Hyderabad, Patna city, Calicut Beach – Calicut, Neelankarai Beach – Chennai and ended on June 11, 2023 at Kovalam Beach – Trivandrum, as confirmed on June 20, 2023.

Radio Manav Rachna 107.8FM set a record for the longest non-stop live radio show on sustainability at the Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, Haryana, India. Five RJs conducted a total of 150 hours 1minute and 20 seconds of non-stop LIVE radio show where in experts from various walks of life participated and apprised the listeners on Sustainability based on Sustainable Development Goals in all spheres of life. The attempt started at 10.03am on June 29, 2023 and ended at 4.04pm on July 5, 2023 after covering a total of 150 hours as confirmed on July 10, 2023.

Mia Brookes of the United Kingdom set a record for being the youngest ever snowboarding champion in the world. She won the women’s snowboard slopestyle at the FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding World Championships in Bakuriani, Georgia, on February 27, 2023. She scored an impressive 91.38 in the championship at the age of 16 years and 39 days, as confirmed on June 10, 2023.

Ted Fuller of Canada, set a record for having the largest board game in the world, in St. Mary’s, Ontario, Canada. He owns the crokinole board game of size 1.52 m (5 ft), 6-8 people can sit and play on it at a time, as confirmed on June 12, 2023.

Edwin Castro of the USA set a record for winning the biggest jackpot in a national lottery in USA. He won a whopping sum of $2.05 billion (£1.79 billion), for a $2 (£1.75) Powerball ticket sold in Altadena, California, USA. He received his winnings as a single reduced lump sum of $997.6 million (£872 million), as confirmed on June 10, 2023.

Mary McCoy of Texas, USA set a record for being the longest-serving female radio presenter. She began her radio career in 1951 at the age of 12 years. She spent a long period of 71 years and 357 days in the radio industry and also shared stage with Elvis Presley, as confirmed on June 10, 2023.

Preet Chandi of the United Kingdom set a record for covering the maximum distance in a solo unsupported one-way polar ski journey. She travelled across Antarctica from the Hercules Inlet to the Reedy Glacier over 70 days and 16 hours between November 13, 2022 and January 23, 2023. She covered a distance of 1,484.53 kilometres (922.44 miles), as confirmed on June 10, 2023.

Florian Kastenmeier of Bavaria, Germany set a record for having the largest collection of rotating puzzles. He has collected a whopping number of 1,519 rotating puzzles ranging from classic Rubik’s cubes to colourful ones in the shape of balls, houses and even fruit, as confirmed on June 12, 2023.

World Championship 2023, set a record for having the maximum 180s scored in the PDC World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace London, UK. The total 180s scored were 901, achieved between December 15, 2022 and January 3, 2023. The dress was made of traditional cake ingredients supported by an aluminium frame and weighing a whopping 131.15 kg (289 lb 13 oz), as confirmed on June 12, 2023.
