Rysbai Isakov of Kyrgyzstan set a record for the longest reading aloud marathon in Bursa, Turkey. The reading aloud marathon was of 124 hours in which he read the “Manas epic”. Manas is a 10th-century legendary hero of the Kyrgyz people, who value him as their sacred ancient forefather, as confirmed on May 25, 2023.

Dr. Mambet Mamakeev of Kyrgyzstan, set a record for having the longest career as surgeon. Born in 1927, he decided to pursue a life of medicine in 1952, and then specialized in medical surgery from 1953 onwards. He was also presented with the prestigious title of Honorary Citizen of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in recognition of his achievements in the medical profession. He is over 96-years old and still practicing, as confirmed on May 25, 2023.

Caroline Najib Chaptini and the Municipality of Chekka, Lebanon, set a record for making the largest plastic bottles-made Christmas tree in Chekka, Lebanon. More than 30 people helped to arrange 120,000 plastic bottles into the shape of a Christmas tree that measured 28.1 m in length, as confirmed on May 25, 2023.

Joel Mattli of Switzerland set a record for performing the maximum consecutive flying bar jumps on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy. He jumped 27-times consecutively, as confirmed on May 29, 2023.

Benito Ros of Spain set a record for the fastest time to climb a 5 m platform on a bicycle. He achieved it in 6.95 seconds on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, as confirmed on May 29, 2023.

Mikaela Shiffrin of USA set a record for winning the maximum FIS Alpine Ski World Cup slalom races. Her score of wins was 52, achieved between December 20, 2012 and January 28, 2023 which is the most race wins in any World Cup discipline, as confirmed on May 29, 2023.

Captain Fiann Paul of Iceland and Jamie Douglas-Hamilton of United Kingdom, who rowed the Southern Ocean open waters across Drake Passage in 2019 and on the Scotia Sea in 2023, set a record for maximum rows on the Southern Ocean, as confirmed on May 29, 2023.

The Lobos, aka the Wolfpack family – Rodrigo Lobo Puccio, Rodrigo Lobo van Wersch, Tomás Lobo van Wersch, Santiago Lobo van Wersch, Agustín Lobo van Wersch and Raimundo Lobo van Wersch – all six from Chile, set at record for maximum family members to finish the World Marathon Majors at Tokyo Marathon 2023, in Tokyo, Japan, as confirmed on May 29, 2023.
