The 21-karat gold piece, named Najmat Taiba, weighs 64 kilograms and has been crafted with crystal detailing. The unique ring has been valued at AED 11 million, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

Jais Flight located atop the Jebel Jais Mountain peak in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, set a record for being the longest zipline of the world.  It is a whopping 2.83 km long where one can fly aerodynamically at high speeds between 120 kmph and 150 kmph for almost three hair-raising minutes across deep ravines, canyons and through jagged peaks that lie 1680 metres above sea level, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

The Dubai Mall at Downtown Dubai, UAE, set a record for being the largest shopping mall in the world. Consisting of four levels and with an internal floor area of 548,127 m² (5.9 million ft²) it comprises 1,200 retail outlets and over 160 food and beverage outlets. The mall includes: an aquarium, Olympic size ice rink, and a 22 screen cineplex, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

Warner Brothers’ World in Abu Dhabi, UAE, set a record for making the largest indoor theme park in the world. It is located on Yas Island, near Ferrari World and Yas Water park, and is the third Warner Brothers’ theme park. The park is a whopping 150,835.19 m² (1,623,576 ft² 68 in²) large in size, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

CopenHill in Copenhagen, Denmark, set a record for being the tallest outdoor climbing wall in the world. Standing 85 meters or 279 feet tall, the climbing wall is located on the tallest corner of the waste-to-energy plant, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

CLYMB Abu Dhabi, on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE, set a record for being the largest indoor climbing wall of the world. Rising a whopping 138 feet high, it has thirteen routes to reach the top, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

The Maze Tower at Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai, UAE, set a record for having the largest vertical maze in the world.  The building was developed by Al Rostimani and comprises 57 floors. The skyscraper is home to office and residential space, in addition to a rooftop swimming pool. From the outside, a vertical maze travels up the front and back of this building, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

Formula Rossa at  Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi, UAE, set a record for being the fastest rollercoaster of the world. It is the most intimidating rollercoaster in the world and runs at a breath-taking speed of 240 kmph, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.

The Dubai Metro Red Line in UAE, set a record for being the longest driverless metro line in the world. It is 52.1 km (32.37 mi) in length. Dubai Metro’s second line, Green line is 22.5 km (13.98 mi) which combined with the Red Line makes it longer than the Vancouver Skytrain, as confirmed on May 24, 2023.
