Raha Nazarudeen (born on March 11, 2003) of Kerala, India (now residing in Muscat, Oman), is titled as ‘Grand Master’ for reciting the names of all the Indian states in a short time. She recited the names of 28 Indian states in just 10 seconds and 83 milliseconds, as confirmed on May 15, 2021.
