E. Selvan (born on October 8, 1962) of Tamil Nadu, India, along with the employees of E. Selvan Silks and Sarees, created a handloom silk saree titled ‘Dawn and Dusk’ with use of punched hooks(2,140) and punched design cards (2,45,780), on September 9, 2013.
