The ART Associates of Nashik, Maharashtra, India set the record for the ‘Longest Non-Stop Classical Forms Dance Relay’. A total of 404 dancers (28 teams) gathered together and performed a relay of classical dance forms including Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam, Odissi, and Sattriya. The event started at 7:28 a.m. on April 27, 2024, and concluded at 9:05 p.m. on the same day. The dances were performed on the concept of Indian mythology or mythological characters depicting stories or KATHAS in dance drama forms at the Shankaracharya Nyas, Nashik, Maharashtra, as confirmed on April 28, 2024.
