Culinary artists Ton Nu Ti Ha and Phan Ton Tinh Hai from Mint Culinary School of HCM city, Vietnam, with the assistance of 18 people, prepared a cake named ‘Royal Phoenix Cake’ (it was in the form of a phoenix), measuring 6.8m in length and 4.2m in width by using various items including mung bean, rice flour, vegetables etc on various Asian classic themes with in a duration of 3 months.
